- You have overcrowding and require space creation for Braces or Invisalign.

Questions about the procedure:
- A simple extraction would be done for the majority of cases, whereby a tooth is gently loosened and removed from its socket.
- For cases in which teeth are severely broken down (with no available surface to grip), or mid-way through an extraction they start breaking (due to hard surrounding jaw bone/ extensive decay), a minor surgery would need to be done to remove the fragment(s).
